The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the issue projected in all these four cases is almost common which relates to awarding of
contract in relation to construction of roads in different sectors and the subsequent cancellation of the contract, referring to the alleged lapses on the part of the Petitioner.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that these matters have become infructuous and that they are not pressed at all.
