This is not opposed by counsel for the respondents. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the M.C.C. is condoned.

Also heard on M.C.C. No. 762/2015 application for restoration of W.P. (C) No. 1404/2014 which was dismissed vide order dated 22.4.2015 by peremptory order.

This is also not opposed by counsel for the respondents. Accordingly, M.C.C. is allowed and W.P.(C) No. 1404/2014 is restored to its original number.
