Though, learned State counsel prays for time to file reply, in view of order dated 02.09.2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.4188 of 2016

-2- (Sheikh Asharf Taj Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and circular dated 31.07.2014 issued by the State Government, I am inclined to dispose off this petition also on the lines as the order passed in the case of Sheikh Asharf Taj (supra), it is directed that the petitioner shall not be relieved from the present place of posting unless the authority has given a letter that the petitioner's seniority will not be affected.
