Grievance of the petitioner ventilated through this petition on the submission that in view of the direction issued by the State Government dated 04-11-2016 to all the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, State of Chhattisgarh, the Data Entry Operators working on contract basis appointed under the scheme of 13th Finance Commission have to be absorbed against the vacant post of Data Entry Operator under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Rural). The petitioner being one of such Data Entry Operator claiming his absorption under the said scheme. 2.

It is found that the petitioner has preferred representation to the State Government, but he has not approached before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Durg.

Government circular dated 04-11-2016 has been addressed to all the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending and the petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Durg for appropriate orders and directions for consideration of his representation under order dated 04-11-2016 of the State Government.
