1. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved of the action on the part of the respondents in not granting the benefit of Kramonnti on completion of 8 years service in terms of the circular of the State Govt.
2. According to the petitioner, he was initially appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III w.e.f. 07.02.2011 under the Panchayat Department and as such he completes 8 years of service on 08.02.2019. Meanwhile, the services of the petitioner have been
absorbed in Education Department, therefore, it seems that the respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner for grant of revised pay scale on completion of 8 years service.
3. Let the petitioner therefore approach the respondents 2 & 3 by making a detailed representation in this regard supported with all relevant documents and the respondents 2 & 3 in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules, regulations and the circulars governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
