The matter is heard through video conferencing. 2.

Complainant of the case appeared through video conferencing from the office of Superintendent of Police, Balrampur. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants wants to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that a direction may be given to the trial Court that in the event of surrender of the Applicants before the said Court and filing of regular bail application on their behalf, the said Court shall decide the bail application on the date of its filing.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicants and filing of regular bail application on their behalf, the trial Court will decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.
