The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.45/2021 registered in Police Station Devbhog, District - Gariyaband C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the eye-witnesses.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
