Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition the respondents have passed a final order on the notice under challenge in the present writ petition.

Given the fact that a final order has been passed, the petitioner intends to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent development by way of a fresh petition or availing other remedies, if available.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
