1. The petitioner's grievance is that even though the petitioner has been placed at serial No.1 of the wait list, vacancy being available, for no reason, the appointment order is not being issued.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, would submit that at this stage, if the petitioner would be satisfied, a direction is issued for consideration on representation dated 23.06.2017 (Annexure P/15) made to

respondent No.3.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, in view of the statement which is being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition at this stage is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representation. In case, representation of the petitioner is not being accepted, a speaking order shall be passed communicating the petitioner the reasons for his non-appointment.
