1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.169/2021 registered in Police Station Telibandha, Raipur, District- Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506-B, 34 & 394 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicant along with three other accused have criminally intimidated; caused simple hurt; and abused filthily while looting a mobile phone and cash of Rs. 20,000/- from Pritam Ben.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the facts situation of the case, particularly considering the

MCRC No. 4386 of 2021 fact that the offences are triable by JMFC; co-accused Golu Kulhariya has already been released on bail in MCRC No.3713/2021 by this Court as also for the fact that the applicant is in jail since 02.6.2021, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
