The present petition is for the reason that the land of the petitioner was acquired and it was promised that in lieu of the acquisition, the employment would be granted to the petitioner or his family member. It is stated that though the land has been acquired but after acquisition, the respondents have deviated and till date the employment has not been granted. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector on 15.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) and therefore he prays that the representation may be decided. 3.
Considering the prayer made, without any observation on merit, it is directed that the Collector shall decide the representation preferred by the petitioner
within a period of 45 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
