The sole ground challenged to the transfer order is that even though petitioner has not made any application for transfer on his own request but by the impugned order, he has been transferred showing to be on his own request. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is either because of factual mistake or an act of mischief. The allegation made in the petition are serious in nature.

The State, through a responsible officer, shall get inquiry made in the matter. It is expected that the inquiry shall be completed within a period of four weeks. Depending upon the result of inquiry, appropriate order shall be passed.

For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
