The petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents No.4 & 5 in not honoring and complying with the order passed by the respondent No.2 vide his order dated 17.12.2020, whereby the order of removal from service of the petitioners dated

18.04.2016 was set-aside and the matter was remitted back to the respondent No.5 to take an appropriate decision. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that let the petitioners be permitted to make a fresh detailed representation to the respondents No. 4 & 5 in addition to the representation that they have already made highlighting the order passed by the respondent No.2-the Divisional Commissioner on 17.12.2020 and the respondents No.4 & 5 may take an appropriate decision in accordance with law keeping in view the order dated 17.12.2020 passed by the respondent No.2 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioners to apprise the respondents No.4 & 5, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
