Agrawal Order On Board 18/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that application for issuance of caste certificate in favour of children of the petitioner is pending for consideration before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Raipur, which may be directed to be decided at the earliest. (2) Be that as it may, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Raipur is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
