1. It is stated in the application that in the service record of applicant's late father, his name was mentioned as 'Agnu Ram', however, by inadvertence in the cause-title of WPS No.1092/2015, name of petitioner's father was mentioned as 'Anguram'.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondents are not considering petitioner's case because of the mis-description of the name of his father, therefore, there is need for correction in the cause-title.

3. Considering the submission made and in view of the service record of

petitioner's late father (Annexure A-2) prayer for correction is allowed. In the cause-title of WPS No.1092/2015, the following be substituted:- "Sanat Kumar Chouhan, S/o Late Agnu Ram, Aged about 31 years, R/o Barpara Kohdiya, Korba, Civil/Revenue DistKorba"

4. The MCC stands disposed of.
