The petitioner, who was working as Loader in the Establishment of South Eastern Coal Fields Limited, has been terminated pursuant to an enquiry under the Certified Standing Orders of the respondent company.

Shri Shailendra Shukla, counsel appearing on behalf of Shri Anumeh Shrivastava, counsel for the respondents, would submit that the impugned order is appealable under the provisions of Certified Standing Orders.

In view of the availability of alternative remedy, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer a duly constituted appeal under the Certified Standing Orders within one month.
