The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.81/2017 registered at police station - PS Birra, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Section 420 of IPC. 2.
Case of the prosecution is that the applicant cheated the complainant and extracted Rs.5 lacs in the name of providing employment. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he has been falsely implicated because of the political animosity and he has not taken any money. 4.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes prayer and submits that in the case diary statement of the complainant that money was taken by the applicant for providing employment is supported by the statement of two other persons even a videograph and photographs has been recorded and seized by the police.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the material so far collected by the prosecution against the applicant, it is not a case of grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, the bail application is rejected.
