Hon'ble The Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 16/09/2015 1.

After some arguments, in view of the Petitioner having clicked the second option that she was satisfied with the allotted institute and course and that she desired to take admission in the allotted institute, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that on account of certain changed circumstances, the Petitioner proposes to represent before the authorities under Rule-12 of the Chhattisgarh Medical and Dental Medicine Graduate Admission Rules,

2015 to pursue the representation filed before the Director, Medical Education and/or file a fresh representation before the State Government. 2.

We make no observation with regard to the same. Nothing precludes the Respondents from considering the representation expeditiously in their wisdom despite our reluctance to entertain the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed.
