On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 16.04.2019 passed in WPC No. 1440/2019 is recalled.

Consequently, WPC No. 1440/2019 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
