The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the place where the petitioner has been transferred, there is no post of Assistant Grade-III to accommodate.

The impugned order, itself, shows that one Smt. Beena Das, who was working in Assistant Grade-II, has been transferred, thus that there is one post of Assistant Grade-II available against which the petitioner, can be posted.

Only by way of abundant precaution, it is directed that the transfer of the petitioner to new place, shall not put her in any difficulty in respect of payment of salary.
