Petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, seems to be aggrieved by the place of posting granted to her on promotion to the post of Head Master, Middle School (T. Cadre).

Petitioner was promoted vide Order dated 27.5.2021 and has been posted at a place more than 80km away from the present place of posting, which has given rise to the present Writ Petition.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that there are large number of vacancies at nearby places where the Respondent authorities could accommodate the Petitioner and where the Petitioner can also discharge her duties without much inconvenience and for which she has already made a representation to Respondents No. 2 & 3 and prays for an appropriate direction to the Respondent authorities to decide the same at the earliest. 4.

The limited prayer made by Petitioner is not opposed by learned Counsel for State.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the concerned Respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of Petitioner for a suitable change in the place of posting, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6.
