The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.161/2017 registered at Police Station - City Kotwali, Distt. - Rajnandgaon (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Section 420 of IPC. 2.
Case of the prosecution is that the applicant cheated the complainants and collected about Rs.5,15,000/- from the victim. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations against the applicant are exaggerated and she has been falsely implicated and the applicant has not collected any such money by cheating anybody. Therefore, the applicant may be granted bail.

On the other hand, learned State counsel and the counsel for the objector oppose bail application and submits that the applicant, by lending false assurance to number of persons, collected money by assuring them to get financial help under the Government scheme. Therefore, application may be rejected.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties, particularly taking into consideration that the amount involved, the applicant is in jail since 12/07/2017, investigation is complete, charge sheet has been filed, applicant is not likely to abscond or tamper with the prosecution witnesses, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- along with two local sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. He shall appear before the Trial Court regularly on each and every date, unless exempted from appearance.
