1. Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 18.03.2021, the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the impugned order the petitioner has been transfered from District Kawadha to District Dantewada.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that at Dantewada the petitioner had already served for a considerable period of time and thereafter he was brought to District Kawardha only in the year, 2016. In the year, 2020 the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Food Inspector from the post of Assistant Food Inspector and now vide impugned order he is again being sent to Dantewada.
3. According to the petitioner, the order of transfer is per se illegal and contrary to the circulars issued by the State Govt. from time to time particularly in respect of posting of those persons who have already worked in scheduled area at the time of their appointment.
4. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make appropriate representation to the respondents in this regard and the
-2respondents in turn may consider and decide the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with rules, regulations and circulars governing the field of transfer at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.
