1. The applicants have preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.217/2020, registered at Police Station - Telibandha, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the eye witnesses Hemant Sahu and Rajaram Sahu.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
