Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15.11.2017 Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the statement made by the other side that the contractual engagement of respondent No.3 in the writ petition has come to an end, the writ petition was disposed off as having rendered infructuous though with liberty to revive in case the respondents either extend or reappoint of the respondent No.3 therein. He submits that soon after the order was passed, the appointment of respondent No.3, the writ petition has been revived.

Upon due consideration, the earlier order dated 25.09.2017 is recalled and the Writ Petition(S) No.3546 of 2017 is restored to its original number. 3.

MCC is accordingly disposed off.
