(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure P/4 is pending consideration, therefore, the respondents may be directed to decide the same at the earliest.
(4) Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been relieved, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a fresh representation before the Director General of Police within a period of 15 days from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the representation within a period of 06 weeks thereof.
