It is ordered, as prayed for.

WPS No.1974/2014 was dismissed for non-compliance of court order dated 15-5-2015, which was restored in MCC No.680/2015, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within one week. Petitioner has again committed default by not depositing the cost within one week, therefore, the writ petition still stands dismissed. On due consideration prayer of restoration is allowed, subject to payment of additional cost of Rs.2000/-. In other words, the petitioner shall make payment of the earlier cost of Rs.1000/- and the presently imposed cost of Rs.2000/-; in all Rs.3000/- within a period of 15 days from today, failing which this order shall lose its efficacy.
