After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application by submitting that the applicant intends to surrender and apply for grant of regular bail as another co-accused similarly situated has been granted regular bail. It is submitted that the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application on the same day. 2.

Considering the submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. 3.

In case, regular bail application is moved by the applicant, the Court below shall consider and decide his regular bail application as early as possible within three days.
