The relief which the petitioner has raised in this petition is that though he has got an order in his favour vide WPS No.1551 of 2005, dated 31.07.2017, whereby this court had set aside the order of dismissal from service issued against the petitioner and had granted relief of reinstatement with all consequential benefits and also ordered that since the petitioner had crossed the age of superannuation, he would be entitled for all consequential benefits as if he stood retired from service instead of dismissal.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, till date inspite of repeated representations being made he has not received any consequential reliefs. 3.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, particularly the fact that the order of dismissal have already been set aside by this court and it has been directed that the petitioner shall be entitled for all consequential benefits treating him retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation, let the respondents No.1&2 take appropriate steps ensuring that the representation which the petitioner has made to the

respondent No.2 is adjudicated upon at the earliest and whatever relief that the petitioner would be entitled for in terms of order passed by this court in WPS No.1551 of 2005, decided on 31.07.2017, be released to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from today.
