Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 20/11/2017 It is submitted before the Court that the petitioner was not relieved till passing of the interim order on 06/10/2017. According to the petitioner, he is not being allowed to work and he is being treated as on leave. 2.
The order of this Court passed on 06/10/2017 clearly states that the petitioner shall not be relieved if there is no order of relieving of the petitioner prior to 06/10/2017, the petitioner has to be allowed to continue to work and paid his salary. Before initiating proceedings in this case, I deem it proper to first direct the respondent to examine from the records of the case. If there is no order of relieving the petitioner and if the petitioner was not relieved on 06/10/2017, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue to work and paid salary awaiting further orders from the Court in the pending writ petition in WPS No.5282/2017. 3.
A copy of this order be submitted before the Collector and the Collector shall pass a speaking order within a period of seven days from today. Thereafter, if need so arises, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps. 3.
