1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.369/2019 registered in Police Station: Civil Lines, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 420 read with Section 34 (sic 24) of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application has been dismissed by a detailed order on merits.
