Respondents s 09.10.2015 Mr. Neelkanth Malviya, counsel for the applicant. Heard on application for restoration of the Misc. Appeal (C). No.530 of 2012 which has been dismissed by this Court on 01.09.2015 for want of prosecution. On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the application which is supported by the affidavit sworn by the counsel for the applicant, I am of the opinion that the applicant has been able to assign sufficient reasons for non-appearance of the counsel on 01.09.2015.

Accordingly M.C.C. Is allowed.

Consequently, M.A(C). No. 530 of 2012 is restored to its original number.
