This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.470/2019 registered at Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 460, 34 of the IPC and 25, 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

After arguing at length by learned counsel for the applicant, when this Court started dictating the order on merits, learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application. 4.
