Versus

1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary Of Forest Department, Ministry At Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantrayala, New Raipur, P. S. Rakhi, District Raipur Chhattisgarh.

2. Chief Conservator Of Forest, Bilaspur Circle, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh,

3. Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division Marwahi, Dist. Bilaspur Chhattisgarh

4. Arjun Singh Patel, Van Kshetrapal, Ganyari, Buffer Zone, Achanakmar Tiger Reserve, Lormi, Dist. Bilaspur Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. R.K. Jha, Advocate For State :

Mr. Satish Gupta, G.A.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17.11.2017 Heard.

1.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite order of the State Government passed on 25.09.2017, the Divisional Forest Officer Marwahi, Division Forest is not allowing the petitioner to work at the present place of posting. It is submitted that one representation dated 24.10.2017 was also submitted before the said officer. 2.

Order dated 25.09.2017 of the State Government is very clear that the petitioner should not be relieved. That would mean that the petitioner has to continue to work at the present place of posting. Therefore, the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division Marwahi would under an obligation to allow the petitioner to

continue at the present place of posting and if any other officer has joined at the place of the petitioner, the Divisional Forest Officer has to make an alternative arrangement but the order of the State Government would oblige the Divisional Forest Officer to allow the petitioner to continue at the present place of posting. 3.

Let a copy of this order be submitted before the Divisional Forest Officer, Marwahi.

4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
