1. The present writ petition has been filed seeing a limited relief that of a direction to the Collector, Bilaspur to decide an appeal which has been preferred by the present petitioner vide Exhibit P/10 dated 26.05.2016 and which is pending consideration till date.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case with the consent of the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Bilaspur to decide the appeal of the petitioner which is pending consideration before the Court of the Collector within a
-2period of 90 days from today reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the order to be passed by the Collector as per the provisions of the agreement before the appropriate authority.
3. With the aforesaid directions the present writ petition stands disposed of.
