The present review petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 20/04/2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2689/2018. 2.

The review sought is to the extent that, this Court while disposing off the Writ Petition had granted the petitioner 10 days time to file representation and thereafter the respondents have to take a decision within a further period of 30 days.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, he was able to obtain the copy of the order passed by this Court only after 10 days and

therefore the time granted by this Court stands lapsed and thus prayed for modification by extending time provided.

The said prayer has not been opposed by the State counsel. 5.

Accordingly, the present review petition stands allowed to the extent that, the petitioner would be permitted to make a fresh representation within a period of 1 week from today and the respondents would thereafter have further period of 30 days to decide the same. 6.

Let a copy of the order passed in the present review petition be made part of the record of WPS No.2689/2018.
