1. This petition is preferre'd against the termination of the appellant from the post of Volunteer, appointed under Home Guard Act, 1947.

Now the petitioner, has been reinstated in service on 13th March, 2014.

3. As the relief is granted to the petitioner, he is now willing to withdraw the pr^sent petition.
