Grievance of Petitioner primarily seems to be the non-granting of permission to mark his presence at the District Hospital, Korba. Similarly, the grievance of Petitioner also is the inaction on the part of Respondents in not releasing his salary since 23.3.2016.

According to Petitioner, he has been attending his duties on regular basis and has also been attending the patients in the Hospital, but the Authorities have not permitted him to mark his presence and have also not paid the salary since 23.3.2016 in spite of having worked during all these period.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that there are inter-departmental correspondences made between the Officers and the Petitioner in this regard
and the Petitioner has already made representations to the higher Authorities but till date no decision has been taken by the Authorities concerned. 4.
Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, from the plain submission that the Petitioner has made, it clearly gives an indication that the contentions of Petitioner are all matters which can be scrutinized on verification of the records available at the District Hospital, Korba. 5.
Taking into consideration the grievance of Petitioner, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Respondents No. 2 to 5 to immediately scrutinize the claim of Petitioner and after due verification of the facts and records consider the grievance of Petitioner as regards the nongranting of salary for the period he has discharged his duties and also for permission to mark his presence at District Hospital, Korba. 6.
Let a decision in this regard be taken by Respondents No. 2 to 5 at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
