Instant petition is filed seeking following reliefs:- (i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Sixth Additional District Judge, Durg, District Durg Chhattisgarh to conclude the trial in the Civil Suit No.113-A/14 Niyalchand Jain Vs. Santosh Golechha and others within such time limit as the Hon'ble Court fix and deem fit in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief(s) may also be given to the petitioners, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

I do not find any reason to fast track this case as per prayer made as it may affect the entire judicial system as no enormous delay is apparently been shown. Civil suit is of year 2014. Petition has no merit and it is dismissed accordingly. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE gouri
