A dispute having arisen in between the parties in connection with the notice inviting tender dated 29.12.2015 pertaining to construction of 4th line between Jharsuguda and Bilaspur, this application was filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, Act of 1996) for appointment of Arbitrator.

Mr. Amrito Das submits that during pendency of the arbitration request, the respondents had appointed an Arbitral Tribunal to which the applicant had also agreed, and in that view of the matter, he has got instructions not to press this petition.

In view of the above submission of Mr. Das, this arbitration request is closed as not pressed.
