(2) W.P.(S) No.2380 of 2015 was listed on 03.07.2015 for orders on default. On the said date, one week's time was granted to the petitioner for removing the default, failing which, it was directed that the writ petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further

reference to the Court.

(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the default could not be removed within time, therefore, the matter has been dismissed for non-compliance of the court order. (4) Heard on M.C.C. No.875 of 2015 (5) This is an application for restoration of W.P.(S) No.2380 of 2015 which was dismissed for non-compliance of Court's order dated 03.07.2015.

(6) On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and W.P.(S) No.2380 of 2015, is directed to be restored to its original number subject, however, to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Bilaspur (C.G.) within a period of one week from today.
