Having heard Learned Counsel for the parties, considering the availability of an alternative remedy to the Petitioner under Rule 12 of the Chhattisgarh Medical and Dental Degree Course Admission Rules, 2015, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and leave it open for the Petitioner to pursue the remedy, if so advised.

Considering that the last date for admission is 30th September, it is expected that any representation, if filed, shall be considered expeditiously but strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition is dismissed.
