The petitioner is an auction purchaser of the subject property and pursuant to the order of the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Jabalpur dated 13.04.2018 the Recovery Officer, DRT has already written a letter to the
Superintendent of Police, Raipur for providing police protection to them so as to hand over the vacate possession of the disputed property to the auction purchaser but respondents No. 3, 6 and 7 have not complied with the order of DRT, and now the case is fixed on 24.05.2018, aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking police assistance.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to pursue the memo dated 13.04.2018 issued by Recovery Officer, DRT to the Superintendent of Police, Raipur and if, there is any difficulty he may inform the same to the Recovery Officer of the DRT as the case is fixed on 24.05.2018 who, in turn, shall take effective steps for providing police assistance. 3.
