This review petition has been filed by the petitioner for reviewing the order dated 28.03.2016 passed WPC No. 412 of 2016 on the ground that in the Writ Petition, certain interventions were made objecting the holding of Ijtima and such intervenors have already filed objection before the Collector / District Magistrate and such objections were upheld and the petitioners were prohibited, which is in violation of Article 25 of the Constitution of India. It is required to be decided.

As already mentioned in the order passed earlier that as the congregation has already been held while the interim order was in

force and thus, the prohibition order is already infructuous, no case for review is made out.
