Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 30/09/2015 Against the order dated 26.7.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.5/ Collector, this petition has been preferred by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that against the order impugned, petitioner has already preferred appeal to the Commissioner on 11.6.2015 but till date the said appeal has not been decided. State counsel submits that this petition can be disposed of directing the Commissioner to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in particular the fact that the appeal has already been preferred by the petitioner to the Commissioner, the Commissioner is directed to decide the pending appeal of

the petitioner if already not decided, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
