Faced with the objection with regard to the maintainability of the petition on the ground of availability of the revision under the C.G. Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules,1995, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to prefer revision before the revisional authority.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.

Certified copy of the impugned order dated 21/07/2016 (Annexure P-1) be return to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after retaining photocopy of the same.
