Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order of cancellation of mining lease / quarry lease, the petitioner has preferred revision before the Director, Mining and Mineral Resources Department (respondent No. 2 herein) on 31.12.2011 which is not being considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner, if not already decided, expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
