This is fourth bail application before this Court filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C by the applicant for grant of regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 18-05-2019 in connection with Crime No.188/2019 registered at Police Station - Shivrinarayan, District Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 354, 376(2)(D) and 509 of the IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

As it appears that there is no change in circumstances except that the trial against the applicant is getting delayed, therefore, I am of this view that this application is not fit to be entertained. Hence, this application is rejected at motion stage. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial against this applicant and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from the date this order is communicated.
