final order has been passed in the said matter on 01.09.2015, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Smt. Chandra Kiran Sahu (Supra).

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of Smt. Chandra Kiran Sahu (Supra).
