The contempt petition has been preferred against the willful disobedience of the order dated 15.07.2016 passed in WPS No. 2069 of 2016, alleging that till date the petitioner has not received any communication with regard to compliance of the Court's order.

Considering the submission that the petitioner, himself, has submitted the representation only on 25.08.2016, it is observed that if the petitioner is not communicated with any order in compliance of order dated 15.07.2016 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the petitioner may revive this contempt petition. If it is found that order is not being passed, appropriate proceeding shall be drawn against the responsible officer.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
